KaiORDR is in a private pilot. This page describes what we do today. A full privacy policy will replace it before KaiORDR is offered more widely or handles real patient information.

Who we are

KaiORDR builds back-office software for mobile IV teams. Questions about this page: support@kaiordr.com.

The website (kaiordr.com)

• We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
• The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard request information (such as your IP address) to deliver and protect the site.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when you visit.
• If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.

The KaiORDR app (pilot)

• Access is by invitation only.
• Signing in. To reach the app you sign in with your email (a one-time code) or with Google. If you use Google, we receive your name and email address from Google, only to confirm who you are. We don't ask for access to anything else in your Google account.
• Your account. We store your name, email address, role and the clinic you work with, so the app can show you the right screens.
• Your work in the app. The app records what you do in it, such as visits, supplies and stock counts, so your clinic can run its day.
• Location. If you allow it, the app uses your device's location to show how far away visits are. That calculation happens on your device; your location isn't sent to or stored by KaiORDR.
• Test data only. During the pilot the app holds made-up patient information, not real patient records.

Who helps us run KaiORDR

We use these service providers, which process information on our behalf:

• Supabase: the app's database and sign-in.
• Cloudflare: hosting for the website and app, and the sign-in step in front of the app.
• Google: optional sign-in, our email, and website fonts.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent personal information.
• We don't use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your account information at any time by emailing support@kaiordr.com. When a pilot ends or you leave it, we delete your account on request.

We'll update this page as KaiORDR grows, and change the date at the top when we do.
